How do I RSVP?

You can RSVP right here on our wedding website under the RSVP tab. Please include the names of everyone attending (including any children), and let us know if you have any dietary restrictions. Please RSVP by 8/15/2025 so we can finalize our plans.

When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding will be held on October 1, 2025, at Lori Wilson Park in Cocoa Beach, Florida. The ceremony will begin at 11:00 AM, right on the beach, with the reception to follow in the same area. No need to travel between locations—once you arrive, you’re with us for the full celebration!

Lori Wilson Park has a beautiful stretch of public beachfront, and we’ll be setting up near the sand dunes—watch for signs or check your invitation for more details on exactly where to gather.

What should I wear?

Beach-friendly celebration attire is ideal. Think summer dresses, linen shirts, breathable fabrics, and anything that will keep you cool under the Florida sun. Since we’ll be on the sand, we suggest flat sandals, flip flops, or going barefoot.

You’re also welcome—and encouraged!—to bring a swimsuit and towel if you'd like to swim or relax by the ocean. The water should be warm, and we’d love for guests to enjoy the beach throughout the day.

Will we be sitting during the ceremony?

For the ceremony, we’re inviting guests to stand in a semi-circle around us as we exchange vows to keep things intimate and natural in the beach setting. If standing isn’t comfortable for you, please don’t worry—we’ll have a few chairs available nearby that you’re welcome to use.

For the reception, we’ll have plenty of seating, including beach loungers with umbrellas, as well as tables and chairs in the shaded pavilion area so everyone can relax, eat, and celebrate comfortably.

Are children welcome?

Yes, absolutely! Kids are very welcome at our wedding. We just ask that you include them in your RSVP so we can plan seating and meals accordingly. Lori Wilson Park also has a great playground nearby, so there’s space for little ones to move around if needed.

Will food and drinks be provided?

Yes! We’ll have a full lunch and a variety of drinks available, including water, soft drinks, and a selection of adult beverages. Whether you’re looking for something refreshing or something festive, we’ll have you covered. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP so we can accommodate you.

Is there a hotel block?

We haven’t reserved a specific hotel block, but there are plenty of lodging options nearby, from beachfront hotels to cozy vacation rentals. Cocoa Beach has something for every budget. Check our Travel & Lodging page for recommendations and booking tips.

Can we take photos?

Yes, please do! We’d love for you to take photos and capture all the fun moments throughout the day. When you RSVP, you'll be sent a personalized Google Photos Album link—feel free to upload any pictures you’d like to share. We will also have disposable cameras available for catching some of those more candid moments in a classic style. The more memories, the better!

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving by 10:30 AM so you have time to park, walk to the ceremony site, and get settled. The ceremony will start promptly at 11:00 AM. Cocoa Beach is beautiful in the morning, and arriving early will give you time to enjoy the view and maybe even dip your toes in the sand.

Where do we park?

Lori Wilson Park has a large free parking lot just a short walk from the beach. It’s convenient and close to the celebration area. Parking is first-come, first-served, but there’s usually plenty of space—especially in the morning.
